The questions start now into the riddle surrounding Jaycee Lee Dugard. The main question is how did Phillip Craig Garrido, 58, and Nancy Garrido, 55, get away with this for so long and not get discovered? The requirement for vigilance by all of us, as neighbors, and the authorities, seems to be more critical now than ever before.

 My wife just said to me that at least we can find out who is a registered sex offender and where they are living in our neighborhood .  There are too many of these people in our society who could otherwise hide themselves and hide their background from us. We have a right to know who they are, where they live, what they do.
